When installing new softening water equipment, have you noticed that the equipment has no effect after installation, or that the water output of the equipment is unqualified after a period of use, with high hardness and no softening effect at all.
After the installation of the new softening water equipment, it was found that the hardness of the effluent was high:
a. The sealing ring at the connection between the center pipe of the softened water equipment and the softened water control valve head is not sealed properly, and there is no possibility of rupture.
b. Is the central pipe of the softened water connected and is there any rupture in the pipeline.
c. The total dissolved solids in the incoming water quality are too high, exceeding the resin adsorption capacity.
d. Is the pipeline connection at the inlet correct.
After using the equipment for a period of time, the water output is not qualified:
a. The total dissolved solids value of the incoming water does not match the height of the resin layer. Compared with the resin in the new equipment, the adsorption capacity of the resin has also decreased, which can lead to unqualified effluent, and attention should be paid to cleaning at any time.
b. The resin in the softened water equipment is not replaced for a long time, and then the resin is contaminated. The resin that is not replaced for a long time will lead to a decrease in exchange capacity and result in unqualified effluent.
c. When we find that one-third of the salt is still in the salt tank, we should add industrial salt in a timely manner. We cannot leave the salt tank without salt. If there is no salt, it will cause the salt water absorbed during the salt absorption process to become saturated, resulting in low salt concentration and affecting the regeneration requirements of the resin, thereby affecting the effectiveness.
d. While ensuring sufficient salt in the salt tank, we should also pay attention to whether there is enough water in the salt tank. Without sufficient water, it is impossible to dissolve.
e. If the speed of salt absorption is too slow during the operation of the softened water equipment, sufficient salt water cannot be inhaled within the specified time range.
d. The inlet pressure in the early stage was abnormally high or low; Check the water quality of the raw water, which resulted in blockage of debris in the upper and lower distribution water;
