Boiler soft water equipment can be used for various purposes, including power plant boilers, industrial production boilers, vehicle and vessel boilers, daily life boilers, etc; Why install boiler soft water equipment? It is to ensure the service life of our boiler. If water softening equipment is not added at the front end, it will cause scaling inside the boiler and later blockage, which will cause losses to our daily life and production.

When using boiler soft water equipment, attention should be paid to:

1. Regarding the installation environment, the soft water equipment should be installed indoors because the soft water valve head cannot be exposed to water, which can easily damage it. In addition, the distance between the soft water equipment and the wall should be the main consideration, and it should be placed in the corner of the wall without taking up space, which is also just the right distance.

2. The inlet pressure of the soft water equipment should be controlled above 0.1mpa and below 0.6mpa, and whether to install a pipeline pump depends on our installation environment.

3. We suggest installing a softened water tank to ensure that the softened water enters the tank, guaranteeing the quality of the water source and ensuring the supply of water.

4. Fortunately, a filtering device is added to the inlet of the softened water equipment to prevent sediment from flowing into the pipeline and causing resin pollution.

5. We need to pay attention to changes in water inlet pressure, and a pressure gauge can be installed in the front section.

6. During the fully automatic cleaning of soft water equipment, wastewater will be generated, so we need to reserve a drainage pipeline in advance to facilitate the discharge of wastewater.

7. The salt tank that comes with the soft water equipment must be close to the resin tank, because during the backwashing process, it will absorb salt quickly at close range.

8. The latter point is that the salt added to the softening water equipment is specialized salt for softening water, which belongs to large particle industrial salt and cannot be added to the fine salt we eat in our daily lives.
