High pressure boiler feedwater not only requires low hardness, extremely low dissolved oxygen content, and very low solid and organic content. Water that does not meet the feedwater standards will make it difficult for power plant equipment to operate safely and economically. Therefore, reverse osmosis desalination water treatment systems, double beds, mixed bed ion exchange high-purity water systems, and ultrapure water treatment equipment are needed to treat the ultra-high pressure boiler feedwater in thermal power plants.
The softening methods for desalination equipment include ion exchange, two-stage reverse osmosis, and EDI ultrapure water. The water treatment process flow is as follows:
Ion exchange method: influent raw water → raw water booster pump → multi-media filter → activated carbon filter → water softener → precision filter → cation resin filter bed → anion resin filter bed → cation anion resin mixed bed → microporous filter → water object.
Raw water inlet → Raw water booster pump → Multi medium filter → Activated carbon filter → Softener → Precision filter → First stage reverse osmosis → PH adjustment → Intermediate water tank → Second stage reverse osmosis (with positive charge on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane) → Purified water tank → Pure water pump → Micro porous filter → Water user.
Raw water inlet → Raw water booster pump → Multi medium filter → Activated carbon filter → Softener → Precision filter → Primary reverse osmosis machine → Intermediate water tank → Intermediate water pump → EDI system → Microporous filter → Water user.
